DISPOSAL OF PRAWNS' HEADS AND SHELLS.








Prawn heads and shells can be very smelly. Usually I dispose the shells by blending them into liquid.  Just put all into a blender add sufficient water and blend.  The liquid is then poured down the sewer.
I find this method more hygienic and keeps the kitchen odor free. 

While browsing a few blogs, I came across one that make prawn stock.
